1. Organizer
1.1 The competition (“Giveaway”) is organized by Sheikh Al Maktoum NEO Technologies FZC, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under license number 4415169.01, with its registered office at Dubai, UAE (“Organizer”).

2. Nature of the Giveaway
2.1 The Giveaway is a free prize draw, with no purchase or payment required to enter or win.
2.2 Participation in this Giveaway is entirely voluntary and does not require participants to make any payment, subscribe to any services, or make any commitments of any kind.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who are residents in a jurisdiction where such promotions are legally permitted.
3.2 Participants must possess a valid government-issued identification document to verify eligibility.
3.3 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Organizer, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses) are ineligible to participate in or win the Giveaway.

4. Entry Period
4.1 The Giveaway will commence on October 7, 2024, and close at 11:59 PM (Gulf Standard Time) on November 19, 2024 (“Entry Period”).
4.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will be considered void and will not be included in the draw.

5. How to Enter
5.1 No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. The Giveaway is entirely free, with no financial obligation on the part of participants.
5.2 To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
• Like the designated Giveaway post on the official social media account of the Organizer.
• Follow the official social media account of Sheikh Al Maktoum NEO Technologies FZC.
• Tag at least two friends in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
• Share the Giveaway post publicly to their stories or profiles.
5.3 One entry per participant per platform is allowed. Any participant found using multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified.
5.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

6. Prize Details
6.1 The Prize consists of two (2) tickets to attend the MegaCampus Summit 2024, scheduled for December 2-3, 2024, at the Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai (“Prize”).
6.2 The Prize includes admission to the event only. All other costs, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, additional meals, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
6.4 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted by the Organizer or an appointed third party on November 20, 2024, in Dubai, UAE, under the supervision of an independent adjudicator.
7.2 The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter the Giveaway within 48 hours of the draw date.
7.3 The winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected using the same process.
7.4 The Organizer is not liable for any failure by the winner to receive notification due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

8. Verification of Winners
8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winners. The winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residency.
8.2 The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any winner who fails to provide adequate proof of eligibility or is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions.

9. Publicity and Data Protection
9.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes, without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9.2 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Giveaway.
9.3 Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Dubai.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
10.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any technical errors, including but not limited to any failure of the website or social media platform, any malfunction of computers, servers, or other equipment, or issues related to congestion or disconnection from the internet.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Organizer’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. General Conditions
11.1 The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or who is found to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
11.3 Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Acceptance of Terms
13.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.
13.2 The Organizer’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Giveaway are final and binding.
